Calais Estate is a family owned and operated boutique winery set in a picturesque vineyard and is home to the Cellar Door, The Verandah Restaurant and Come What May; a homewares and gift shop.
The Cellar Door is located in the charming colonial-style building built from convict cut bricks and solid timber bridging beams. Calais offers wine tastings every day and features one of the largest boutique wine lists in the Valley. Boasting everything from classic wine varieties, to a range of hand crafted sparkling wines in the French traditional method, unusual wine styles and even apple ciders and balsamic vinegars!
