Details on how the service works  
• Make a reservation on this page. Select the beginning date ( the day you start your trip.) Number of travelers is the number of devices. Once the reservation is complete you will receive an email from Trip Advisor Experiences. 
• After the reservation is complete we will send you a message via Trip Advisor Experiences to arrange a delivery address please respond to our message and provide us with an address you would like the hotspot delivered. 
• We will ship the device to your location the day before your booking date. 
• Return the device via FedEx with the envelop provided. 

PLEASE READ:

This is a rental service. The device must be rented for the entire duration of your trip.

If the device is not returned after the duration, we reserve the right to deem the device “lost” and charge the customer $400/device.

“Unlimited Data” – 1GB /day of high-speed 4G/LTE data, will slow down to 2G speed after exceeding the limit. Daily high-speed data allowance reset at midnight UK time.
